We’ve been having some spectacular (for us) weather recently. Rain. Cool breezes. Even storms that knocked out power. For the boys, who have had hot and dry and sunny for most of their recent memory, this is big news. So when I saw this adorable weather station (yes, of course on Pinterest) I could not resist making one.
The only change I made was to use a brad (brass paper fastener? Whatever) instead of the cardstock pivoting mechanism included. Then, I stuck it on one of the kids’ corkboards and away they went! …I’m sure we’ll be missing pieces within the week, but for today? It’s awesome, and I am ‘awesome mom’ for making it. Win-win.
