9 Year Celebration – Pattern Giveaway!

Finishing up Crochetvolution didn’t leave me with much time to throw a party over nine years of blogging, but I’m still excited! 9 years is a long time to do anything, and it’s a ridiculously long time to keep a blog running. I started blogging back in 2005, as a new mom with an eight-month-old baby. Since then I’ve added a few more children to our family. I’ve moved halfway around the world – and back – as well as making a few other, less exciting moves. I’ve published more than 150 patterns, including publishing in three separate webzines and one book! There was even that one time an essay of mine was published in Interweave Crochet. So many exciting things have happened because nine years ago I brought my hook and yarn to the internet, and that’s worth celebrating!

I had originally planned to give away specific patterns, but where’s the fun in that? What if you win a knitting pattern and you don’t knit? What if you win Batman but you wanted Superman? What if you don’t like hats?

I thought it might be simpler to just give away coupons for free patterns from my pattern store. Doesn’t that sound better? Doesn’t that sound like more fun? To celebrate 9 years I’m giving away 9 prizes, and we’re making it nice and simple.

HOW TO ENTER

  • To enter giveaway, you must leave a comment on this post along with the email address you would like your prize sent to. (Valid email address is REQUIRED for entry.) Only one entry of this type per person.
  • OPTIONAL bonus entry: ‘Like’ Inner Child Crochet on Facebook. (If you already like ICC on Facebook, it still counts as an entry.) You MUST mention this in your blog comment to receive credit for it.
