I know that my blog has been a little devoid of crochet content lately (so suffer) but today we have a bit of a bumper-crop to help make up for it. My first Genevieve tester (Leigh, over at Knit-Errant – such a clever blog name ;)) has finished the sweater, with no apparent glitches or ill effects! It looks good, and I’m a little jealous of the color she used – I love green. She’s so nice, I made her a button. You can grab it from my bloglinks to the right when you add her to your links – because you should totally add her to your links.
In other news, I knitted through my first ball of Wool-ease (and am now approximately halfway through the shrug, really pretty glad that worked out…) and decided to revisit my wayward crochet project, to give it another chance. It’s still not…quite…exactly what I had hoped it would be, but I like it well enough, I think. So here are some pictures of my Jungle Bugs! This is Fez….
And Phil. Phil is the one who was giving me fits.
Anyway, hopefully I will get the pattern for these typed up, tested, and all ready pretty quickly. I intend to sell the three of them as a set. Opinions?
